Rather than money I think the deciding factor for the #NHLJets would be offering Trotz some sort of pathway to transition into management in a couple years. Whether that’s as an assistant GM or some sort of president of hockey ops role it probably needs to be part of the process.

Probably my biggest pet peeve about the way the #NHLJets operate is calling up a promising AHL player like Heinola with no intention of inserting him into the lineup. For press box duty call up a player like Nelson Nogier. If/when you do call up Heinola then play him ffs
