A friend of mine was just at the Nescom hospital IMC, 3 people on bike came, 2 of them clearly shot, guard denied them entry because it was a police matter and not army related. They were ordered to go to PIMS. The injured guy was screaming “insaniyat ke liye hii first aid dedo”
