UTA mens basketball continues the momentum with a commitment from point guard Taj Anderson from Indian Hills Community College. He averaged 13 PPG last year on 36% from beyond the arc. Second NJCAA All-American the Mavs have picked up this off-season, alongside Kyron Gibson.

According to Kansas' women's basketball website, UTA Women's Basketball will take a trip up to Lawrence for a game on Nov. 16. UTA already has confirmed games with Oklahoma and Arizona, with a chance to have re-matches against Baylor and USF from last year.
