Why is CBIC is so concerned for DR when guidelines of dopt says no successive level recruitment and RS wants to allign the RRs with CBDT! DGHRD and stakeholders also want allignment of CBIC RRs with CBDT protection clause. Why is @cbic_india trying to be a hurdle in promotions!
