#1 mistake entrepreneurs make? Target a broad audience to earn more money. It does NOT work. Instead, get hyper-specific on the problem you solve and for whom you solve it. DOMINATE that niche. Then and only then expand to serve others. You will make 10x more money.

After 13 applications at 7 different financial institutions, I just got approved for the PPP. And then I started crying. I can't even tell you what this means or what a relief it is. We've been muddling through, but holy moly this means we can actually GROW.
