I believe in the truths of the Bible. Anyone who knows me,knows I fall short of the ideals it teaches. Thankful that Jesus died for all of my sins, short comings, & failures. Also, grateful God gives me another day each day to repent & learn how to love him & others better. ππ»π―
@GatorsMBK

Grateful that God has forgiven a sinner like me, a sinner that continues to sin, a sinner that is trying & wants to repent on every level, but still a sinner. Grateful that God allows me to have a wonderful family & be the Head Coach

@iamricowright
Great team win for
@VHS_Hoops
against talented & really well coached Sante Fe team. Our guys put team in front of self & thatβs one of the reasons we were able get get a hard earned W.
A thrilling season opener for The Villages High School boys basketball team, as the Buffalo beat Santa Fe 62-59 in overtime at the Mighty Ike Shootout in Williston. Senior Ricardo Wright had 22 points in the
@VHS_Hoops
win, which you can read all about inside Sundayβs Daily Sun.
The coaches challenge has been fun, letβs start a new one. Post a pic from your HS or College playing days as a player + nominate 4 other coaches or donate $20 to your favorite charity. I nominate

Proud of all our
@VHS_Hoops
boys whose parents all work for the fastest growing development in the country. Not our best effort, but found a way in the 4th quarter to get it done. We will be back in practice tomorrow, ready to get better. We > Me.

The Villages High School boys basketball team (
@VHS_Hoops
) turns on the jets late, pushing past South Sumter 71-57 at VHS.
You can read all about how the Buffalo came on strong inside Wednesdayβs Daily Sun.
Iβm all about player safety, but really hate how much targeting is called & defensive players gettin ejected from games. Not sure how a kid can recalibrate when his target changes locations in a split second....
Our State & Our Game has lost two of the πβs, Jim Haley & now Ed Kershner in the last few years. Iβve seen people saying, they were both better people than coaches, which is saying a ton. So grateful to both of them for the mentorship they provided me. RIP Coach K & Chiefππ
It is with deep sadness that we report that Ed Kershner, our co-founder & Hall of Fame Coach, has passed away at age 81. Our deepest condolences & prayers are with Joyce & the Kershner family. Thank you Coach, words cannot express how much you mean to our community! Rest In Peace
