and yes i did have a high sw so this probably won’t work if you’re underweight or a normal weight. i am 5’6 and i started at about 180lbs (bmi 29) in november 2022 and reached 130 (bmi 21) by march 2023. here is my weight loss timeline (ignore the weight gained i was in recovery)
