@BuraStarr basically, yeah! the pigtails have bones and they are parented with the head bone with keep offset. then i just slapped the wiggle bone addon on the bones and thats it :P

@menoishuman yes! every hairstrand has their own set of bones and i manually animated each strand. takes forever to animate but you have full controll over the hair tho :P
