♡︎ motivation If you’re not motivated enough you won’t loose any weight. My main motivation was to go back to school skinnier, I used to feel so fat & ugly I didn’t even go out of my room, didn’t have any friends and I felt like it was bc I was fat - I wanted to change that.

♡︎ cal limit my first cal limit (for august) was 500 and I ate 400-500, in september i mostly stayed under 300 cals, I had some days where I ate 400 & for the past two weeks I’ve been eating under 300.

♡︎ workouts I didn’t do a single workout. Just walking, A LOT of walking. I don’t do any sports and didn’t do any kind of pilates, cardio, yoga, running etc. I’ve also never been to a gym in my entire life lol and basicially I’ve never been active.

♡︎ walking & steps - august I did 13-20k steps daily, mostly 17k (abt 10-13km). I walked pretty fast. It was time consuming but I didn’t have school so I would walk for 3+ hours/day. I burned 650-850 cals daily, sometimes even 1000 (at higher bmi you burn more)

♡︎ how I don’t binge cut off sugar & junk food, they caused my binges. first 2 weeks were rough, but I haven’t craved any of these ever since ; now if I get cravings, it’s for example apples, yoghurt or diet drinks (they’re good if you crave sugar). I’m 65+ days binge-free.

♡︎ my meals : what & how I eat volume eating is my life saver, you will get bloated easily, but idc bc I eat in the evening ; also, It’s not a problem for me to eat the same food everyday & I almost never get bored with my comfort meals.

♡︎ eating distractions Stay busy. Don’t rot at home, go for a walk/study - you won’t think about food. I only allow myself to eat at home & when I’m done with all/most of the studying for the day. Also eat late if you’re doing omads (I usually eat 1/2h before going to bed)

♡︎ meal times & fasting In August I would do 16h fasts daily and have 2 meals a day, each for about 200-220 cals: breakfast before my daily walk (8-10am) & dinner before bed (8-11pm) In September I mostly did 20-24h fasts between my omads under 300 cals.
