After dropping 75 lbs, I HAD to get some new clothes. Tried on pants 8 inches smaller than my current ones and shirts two sizes small than what I was wearing. THEY ALL FIT!!! It’s been decades since I’ve been this size. (The poor store clerk had no idea why I was so emotional.)
