This is another Two-Year-Old MSW affair restricted to fillies that sold or RNAed for $50,000 or less in their most recent auction.

5 1/2f on the Dirt. The dudes have center stage and we’ve got ten colts set to go in this unrestricted affair.

One mile and 1/16 on the Turf. 15 boys are entered, ten will start – nine colts and one gelding.

Dornoch was not done, amazingly he fought back and got his nose down on the wire for the most unlikely and narrowest of victories.

Churchill has carded one final 2YO MSW affair on Sunday – R10. Then, we move to Keeneland which is always fun!

5 1/2f on the Dirt. Open Company. 9 colts entered. The number of FTSers = 6 and those with one start = 3.

Sires that I’ve got my eye on are Catalina Cruiser, Enticed, West Coast, Maclean’s Music, and Cross Traffic - add Improbable to that list

5 1/2f on the Dirt. 16 fillies are entered – 12 will start. The number of FTSers = 10 and there are two with one start.

5 1/2f on the Turf. 12 fillies will try their luck over the lawn for the first time this spring. The lineup of trainers in this one is solid.

One Mile on the Turf. A full field of 16 dudes are entered, 12 will start – all are colts.

Sire analysis is key in the study of 2YO MSW racing. An important twist that spring racing brings is the addition of brand new sires.

4 1/2f on Dirt. A chuck-full field of 16 filly’s names have been dropped into the entry box, so let’s analyze the 12 that have secured a spot in the main field.

5f on the Dirt. Five colts, two geldings, and one filly make up the eight horse field in this unrestricted 2YO MSW event under the Twin Spires.

1 1/16th mile on the inner turf. Sixteen colts have been entered, but of course there is not enough room on the track for that many.

Five and a half furlongs on the turf. 15 males are entered (14 colts and one lone gelding), but only 12 will make the starting gate.

Six furlongs on the dirt. Eight fillies, representing seven betting interests, will give it a go in this unrestricted, two-year-old maiden.

Don’t sweat it as Churchill has two more of ‘our races’ on tap for tomorrow, another two on Saturday, and one more on Sunday.

Seven Furlongs on the dirt. Fifteen colts have been put forward by their connections, but only twelve will go postward.

Six Furlongs on the Dirt. Nine colts are entered, including one entry. The number of FTSers = four, those with one start = two, and three have raced twice.

Sixteen dudes have been submitted as entrants in this field, however, only twelve will load into the starting gate.

5 1/2f on the Dirt. The ladies filled the entry box with 13 names, so one will have to wait and hope to make the field as an Also Eligible.

The Spa has two more of these terrific baby races booked for Sunday (including another at a mile and 1/16th on the lawn)

One and 1/16th mile on the Turf at the Spa. 11 fillies are entered, 10 will start. Six FTSers, one has started once, three have done the racing thing two times.
