#MaiMihara : I’m not satisfied with my FS today. I was almost in tears before I skated and my coach said, “Don’t worry, I’ll be skating with you” and that gave me some relief. I wish I’d been able to focus until the end of the skate. This was a good experience for me.

これ最強すぎてほんとは教えたくないんだけど、続けたらLL→Sサイズ着れるようになる。いつも３日坊主の人でも、毎日やりたくなるからヤバい。『背中のハミ肉』『ぽっこりお腹』『スキマのない脚』に効きまくる。朝から運動すると、1番血糖値が低いため、効率よく脂肪が燃える。30秒だけやってみて！

コストルナヤ：フィギュアスケートは好きですが、最高でも21歳くらいまでだと思います。フィギュアスケートは変わってきてて、新しいジャンプがでてきていますが、成熟した女性はただ身体的に若い女子が跳んでいるジャンプを習得できません。

Sakamoto: Although [Bradie and I] have the same choreographer, we never share the same rink until competitions. Her choreo is really sophisticated; I wish I could interpret music as well as she does. Benoit is really hard on me, but it might just be my personality. #SkateAmerica
