1-Sunday I’m taking on the biggest physical challenge I’ve ever attempted….Ironman Austria🇦🇹for @Rob7Burrow and all @mndassoc I’ve never come close to completing anything like this,3800m swim, 112 miles bike finishing with a marathon, all sub 17 hours on 2 replaced knees too!

What’s the point with headline grabbing news extending the curfew when all half the country will be able to do is bloody take away! It’ll be so sad seeing all these great cities with no pubs, bars and restaurants open this Christmas... come on @BorisJohnson wake up ffs!!
