I don't understand the Defi hate from Bitcoiners. Bitcoin is a peer-to-peer cash system that doesn't need a centralized intermediary to transact value. Defi is peer-to-peer trading/lending/borrowing that doesn't need a broker/bank/clearing house. They are both incredible.

Easy to look at the $ETH chart and forget the spot ETFs got approved. That marked the local top with price down 12% since. Bitcoin actually did the same thing immediately after spot ETF approval, before ripping +90% to new yearly highs.
