First time getting @MattHarvey33 off the mound after 3 days of heavy spin work. Main focus was to get that carry FB back from 13-15 (18V). From 18-20 his FB carry was only 12V at the same velo. Getting the carry back was the main focus to bring back that electric FB. Today: 18V🔥

I think very few guys actually know how to long toss. Going to 150-200ft isn’t long toss. That doesn’t Strength your arm. Take the ball and work to your max distance for 10-15 throws. If you want to train your body to move better and throw harder, throw it high and far. #Intent

When you have a pitcher who’s struggling with command, the WORST thing you can do is yell at them to throw strikes. Pitchers know they have to throw strikes, they aren’t purposely trying to throw balls. This creates a passive pitcher. Don’t make it worse, help them.

2020 OF Kevin Foreman ran a 6.28 👀👀60 yard dash, kid absolutely flies around the field. Plus defender with strong arm. All Everything in SJ last year and hit well into the .400s. Plus athlete. A few BP swings from him here. @PBRNewJersey #Uncommitted
