Two things can be true
1 - Bryce Young was a talented prospect that (although with obvious flaws) could’ve been a starting NFL QB
2 - The Panthers are the single worst QB situation to go to since maybe ever
One of Chris Paul, Nikola Jokic, Donovan Mitchell, Trae Young, James Harden, Giannis, Joel Embiid, and Luka/Paul George is now guaranteed to get a ring by the end of these playoffs
This won’t get as much recognition in terms of difficulty as other game winners... but the adrenaline of that moment makes this such a tough shot. Sprints down the court with time ticking down, someone chasing you down, in Cameron Indoor, on a full speed layup. Not easy.
The week of big moves continues... I asked Em to marry me and she said yes! Much better pictures than this to follow. She is the definition of a dream come true and I can’t wait to live the rest of my life with her.
@sponhourm
The way I do it is:
-Play only one side of the ball (offense for me)
-Games where one team is CLEARLY better, sim in the game so you can jump in if you want to save your team from the upset
Gives the season a good pace while also (mostly) preventing the weird upsets to lower
Oh so Beal is using is his no trade clause to force Washington to not get the best asset back (Ayton, Herro) and keep the team better…
We’ll never see another no trade clause again
Hey fellas. I found out early this morning that my grandfather passed away overnight.
That being said, content will obviously be paused for the time being as I spend time with my family.
Ever since Kobe described the feeling of tearing his achilles as “a pop and then something rolling up my calf” I can’t unsee it. Hate that (seemingly) serious injury for Marcus Smart.
The Kings were close to a trade for Alex Caruso last week in exchange for the No. 13 pick in the 2024 NBA Draft, sources told The Athletic.
The Bulls, to the surprise of many, instead opted to send Caruso to OKC for Josh Giddey.

AD said he’d never re-sign in Boston
Harden said stay away too
Kyrie left... and it made sense
But Horford and now Hayward have both left significant player options on the table to get out of Boston
It’s time to really evaluate what is happening there
Going into the season, there is no clearly dominant team in the NBA and a third of the league is either a legit championship contender or one move away from being one...
This season is going to be incredible
Big things happening this week... Em and I closed on our first house together! This has been a dream come true for both of us, and I couldn’t have done it without her. Give me a few days to get settled in, and videos will be back on Monday!
Player movement is good
Trade rumors provide great content
Great teams are very interesting
Players signing $200+ million contracts and demanding a trade to specific team with multiple years left on their deal is AWFUL for the NBA
Free agent forward Jerami Grant and Klutch Sports CEO Rich Paul have agreed on a five-year, $160 million deal to return to the Portland Trail Blazers, sources tell

.
I’ve gone through Matt Moore, PJ Walker, bad Baker, bad Darnold, Kyle Allen, and more bad QBs
This Bryce experience is as bad as it’s been (tied with Jimmy Clausen)

What just happened to me.
I’ll go through the numbers later... but all I can say right now is THANK YOU.
100K feels amazing, and it’s even better when I get to share it live with so many of you.
Harden video soon.
There’s going to be a lot of Poole/Collins like salary dumps that will confuse people
Offseason salary dumps used to be to create cap space
Now they’re to avoid the “2nd apron”
For those keeping track:
Post Mikal Bridges trade, the Nets essentially traded Kevin Durant for 9 unprotected 1st round picks, 2 pick swaps, and Cam Johnson
2016: OKC trades Serge Ibaka to ORL for Oladipo, Sabonis, and Illyasova
2017: OKC trades Oladipo and Sabonis to IND for Paul George
2019: OKC trades Paul George to LAC for Gallinari, SGA, 5 future 1sts, and 2 pick swaps
What a crazy trade rewind this could end up being...
Shoutout to my wife,
@emma_kendall_96
One of our first dates, Jimmy Butler got traded to PHI, we left so I could make a video
Russ to WAS and Holiday to MIL, similar story
Today, pushed back date plans for a Kemba video, and she has never complained
The absolute best
I don’t want to ever hear ANYONE complain about a trade deadline week being boring ever again.
This is the best league for content in the world and it’s not close…
@sp1dy30
They are good enough that they just don't care
They'll be the most expensive roster in NBA history
KP is a 2026 free agent, that is their first chance to choose to save money
Up to the new owners to figure that out though haha
Not that anybody cares, but the only 2 pro teams I root for are the Carolina Panthers and the Brooklyn Nets.
Those 2 teams have employed a combined 8 head coaches since 2022…
The 2018-19 Nets were a 42 win team that were perfectly made to add 2 stars and compete
4 years later, post KD and Kyrie, they are in the EXACT same situation… but even better
Kyrie going for a good wing and a future 1st while on a 3 month contract compared to what Beal just got moved for is all the evidence I need…
The No Trade Clause died today
Is this the first time a player has signed a new contract that is worth more per year than their FG% the season before?
39% FG turns into $40+ million a year
So if Aaron Baynes ever actually made a mistake on a basketball court, would we even acknowledge it or just collectively cover it up and never speak of it again?
The Nets have two real paths for this season:
1 - Be a scrappy 6-8 seed in the East for the vibes
2 - Tank their way to the lottery
I think people assume HOU has their picks so they can't tank. They owe a pick swap this year and the Rockets are the worst team in the league.
If I’m Woj I keep going for like 5 more years, then drop the tell-all book where he spills all the craziest secrets and rumors that he never was allowed to share and then retire on a beach somewhere
Fun NBA MVP fact in advance of tomorrow's video...
Since 2000, every single NBA MVP winner has either been:
1 - LeBron
2 - The previous season's MVP winner
3 - A first time MVP winner
