Current Update: The auroral oval has been expanding since ~07/15:00 UT. IMF Bz has been prolonged at negative values with a minimum value of -16 nT so far. Dst is currently below -125 nT… And the result is now a G3/Strong geomagnetic storm with Kp 7!
