Wanted to play QB in the Big Ten. Got offered by all @MACSports schools instead. Gave me the opportunity to go to @miamiuniversity & lose the starting QB job to (future) Super Bowl MVP Ben Roethlisberger. It's good for a kid to get knocked down & be forced to persevere
