teams who were able to remove these illegal weapons from the streets of Jamaica Queens recently without incident. Because of their work, sacrifice, and dedication, everyone is a little bit safer.

In November1989 Det. Keith L. Williams and Det.Richard J. Guerzon were shot and killed by a prisoner as they were transporting him. This year will be the 35th anniversary of this tragedy. His family celebrated these lives in grand style at DJW Family Day.
