Offseason thoughts for coaching staff in OW wanting to join OWL: - have realistic expectations when looking for a team. Most coaching staff consist of a head coach and 1-3 assistant coaches or analysts so the field is competitive.

Always makes me so sad to see how people on social bash a player just because it isnt their favorite player in the position. Teams are doing trials and put in work, not just throwing a dart at a board. Daan put it pretty well a while ago and it is sad to see fans devalue

I echoed this in so many interviews this season, but I say it again. Chris was the best pickup I made this season. Seeing him grow from an assistant coach into the head coach role was just amazing this year. So proud of him!!!
