I had a truly wonderful day. I felt pretty, my husband treated me to all the yummy snacks i could eat at a soccer game, and we are in bed early, dog and cats snoring. What a lovely reminder that things aren’t rough 100% of the time right now when i really needed it. ♥️

@khloekardashian On amazon there’s a headache hat ice pack and it’s been a game changer for me. Also, sit in the shower on super hot and keep all the lights off. I get 1-2 migraines a week and these two things SAVE MY LIFE. Also a really cold Coke. Not diet, gotta be regs. Feel better 😘
