Happy new year. 40 now. Time passes so fast. Dad died this year; always thought day would come that we'd have a closer relationship but it never did. Old friendships faded, new ones grew. Old comforts make way for a Bigger Life. Wishing you all more contentments than regrets. x

Interviewing Will for this was an odd experience. He was NDT's ACE relationship manager, the person I wanted to test big ideas with first. Meetings got longer & longer & one day he never left. He holds me to account, tells me when I fall short & has the best values. Very lucky.

Best part of this 'donate at checkout' joke is that it led to genuine office conversations about how one million pounds is not enough for us all to retire. There now is an ACTUAL plan for what we'd do if someone donated this amount of money. Fear really is for the ill prepared.

Re @edfringe a not Total theatre awards’ing this year so here’s my tip. The thing you don’t know about, isn’t on a list, probs by an artist you’ve never heard of, might be playing somewhere obscure, at a curious time, has few audiences. That’s the thing you should probably see.
