The VideoFrame class supports webm files. Not sure if other formats are supported. I tested it with this clip from The Office. It jitters occasionally and the audio has a slight delay, but it seems to work pretty well! It supports 3D sound when used with a SurfaceGui.

The DDoS rumor ended up being false. I ran with a lead that seemed compelling (though I had been pretty skeptical) and should have done more rigorous fact checking before I ran with it. My apologies if anyone felt mislead, I will do better next time.
