Faster Payments are now being processed but there may be a delay in processing some payments. We continue to advise customers they shouldn’t submit second payments to avoid duplicates. We’re sorry for any inconvenience & assure customers they won’t be out of pocket as a result.
The issue caused by Visa Europe that affected impacted transactions across Europe and the UK has been fixed. We are sorry to all customers that were affected by this issue. All our services are working as normal.
Captain Sir Tom Moore has passed away, at the age of 100. He truly was a hero, fighting for our freedom in the Second World War and giving us hope in the pandemic. Sir Tom, you will be missed.
We join with the nation in sending His Majesty The King our best wishes for a long life and our condolences following the death of his mother, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
