Today I was served my lunch by an immigrant, my coffee by an immigrant, met a concierge in a hotel who was an immigrant and had 3 hard working immigrant lads in my house putting in wardrobes and a new kitchen. They are all amazing and lovely people as well as hard workers.

So my son is 7. He’s not allowed cycle his bike without a helmet. Honestly 99% of his friends are cycling without a helmet, hence he now won’t cycle at all. Am I wrong or are the other 99% parents pure thick eejits? Opinions please !

Just back from dinner in a restaurant. Great atmosphere out there. I nearly cried when I saw a family singing happy birthday to an 80 yr old family member. Amazing to feel happiness and joy spreading instead of COVID. And I shook 2 hands 🙌

Almost 1.3 million of our most vulnerable have had at least 1 vaccination. The rest of us are likely to fight off COVID-19 with our immune system although there will be exceptions. So why are we not reopening society faster? Surely we should not be focused on community

Pubs not opening on Monday. I feel pubs should be trusted they can accommodate their customers safely alongside gastropubs and restaurants - most important would be to put a curfew of 10pm or 11pm when the real messiness can’t be avoided. RT if you agree !

I’ve friends who had Coronavirus symptoms back as far as late Dec. since they were never tested we’ll never know if they had it. Anyone else think this may have been here as early as late last year? I’m actually thinking my kids may have had it in Feb. where’s the antibody test?

#level5 is coming for the entire country. The government also needs to put a clear roadmap in place for the mental health disaster coming our way. I really feel for people struggling mentally right now who are overwhelmed by this. They need support.

Was just in the local shop which is small - medium sized. 4 customers including me. I was the only one wearing a mask. The guy serving me had his mask down and eating - then put his mask on and served with no sanitizer.The pubs are not the problem. #phase4 WE ARE ALL THE PROBLEM

I’ve done my best to educate myself on #COVID19 . One thing I know. There hasn’t been nearly enough discussion or focus on people boosting their immune systems through simple strategies such as Vit D, Vit C and eating immune boosting foods such as garlic/broccoli. Agree or not?
