On Feb 16th, 2019, we met with 42 amazing students from 15 universities. All eager to start a new mentorship journey. For 8 months we've got to know them, learn with them, & been absolutely inspired.
This Saturday, we celebrate their achievements in our 4th graduation ceremony.
We are almost ready to receive applicants for the next cohort of 40 mentees!
All calls for application open tomorrow, November 16th, late afternoon. A link to the application forms will be shared here.
Cohort 4.0 starts February 2nd, 2019.
Cohort 8's mentee application cycle is now open until January 14 2024!

We've successfully completed the first month of mentorship with sessions in scholarship writing, impostor syndrome, public speaking, & tech careers.
Our average attendance rate is 102% with some mentees going over & above by tackling bonus tasks.
Today is a big day for us! We've sent feedback to mentee applicants for 2020 cohort. We've selected 36 mentees from 14 universities!
Our acceptance rate this year is the most competitive ever at 23%, down from 36% in 2019, & 50% in 2018!
