Today’s news from Target wasn’t a surprise, nor a cause for concern. Orgs that want to be an “employer of choice” need to offer more flexibility. It may mean they need less space. Downtowns that want to remain vibrant will need to reinvent and reinvest. We’re ready! @MplsChamber
