A few notes: 1. I have "alopecia". That's why I have no hair, eyebrows, eyelashes, etc 2. My hair fell out when I was 8. I've dealt with comments and glances like these for ~30 years. Still kinda hurts tbh 3. "Lol" and cancer don't belong in the same sentence

I had no idea using `async` on a function wrapped the returned value in a `Promise`. I only ever used it to enable the `await` feature. So these are equivalent: const foo = async () => "foo" foo().then(console.log) const bar = Promise.resolve("bar") bar.then(console.log) #TIL
