Unpopular opinion: I charge usage rights in my base rate. 12 months included right off bat. I was super confused by usage rights when I first started UGC; I started searching up on it and found @UGCsocial 's skit explaining how it affects brand relationships. I still reference

That said, my daughter's father is Black and I have never EVER once felt the need nor the want to call him that. It's gross. I hate that people think this
