We need to realize the FGC is pretty far removed from the "arcade street rats" of 20+ years ago and the primary source of new members has been from online players for the past 10 years. We still need to maintain safe welcoming environments both online and off.

the situations where these actually work are very rare. at best if the transmitter and receiver are on the same circuit it'll be passable(rare) but if you have to hop a circuit or worse several circuits(much more common) it'll be just as bad as wifi.

Also consider buying a Power Line Adapter to have a direct wired connection to your router. You don't need to have long ethernet cables being weaved all around the house. These power line adapters are a game changer and you shouldn't play Tekken ranked on wi-fi.
