@virus_exe000 I am the opposite. I can't wear headphones if other people are around. The second I put on anything noise canceling I start hearing people calling my name behind me and it makes me really paranoid unless I'm completely alone

@GraceGFreud Yeah do not call the NSH they will send cops to your house to harass you while you are in a vulnerable state. There are better crisis lines to call
