@akramWays It’s giving!!! The thing about this gym thing is consistency and discipline I started working out and it hurt like crazy at first but I didn’t stop I’m starting to see results now😭

@akramWays Tip from former professional fighter and coach: 1. Train hard but with no ego and don’t overdo. So your body can rest in time before next session. 2. Sleep well. It is the time your muscles will grown and nervous system rest. 3. 1.6g of protein per kg of your bodyweight

@akramWays Pick a split and stick to it for at least 2 months. I recommend push-pull-legs. I can train you if you want G. If not though, my posts are basically free training already. Never quit.
