Easiest way to get into ecom: 1. Launch dropshipping store in euro market: Germany or France 2. Scale further into other euro markets: Norway, Denmark, and Netherlands. 3. Launch private label brand in the US/Big 4. 4. Exit businesses for nice payout. 5. Repeat.

I think valuations in the m&a world are madly flawed. Especially pro forma and future “wishing” as I like to call it. Who knows what you will encounter tomorrow? Not to mention a year. Or a few years from now… Recession. Wars. Maybe the opposite. A boom in the economy!

Take your US ecom brand > Open storefronts in the EU with the same name but different domain endings (DE, FR, NL) > Translate winning creatives to native languages > Use separate FB profiles and BMs for each brand Now, you are scaling quicker and preventing cash flow issues.

To my ecom guys - if you still don't run a "real" brand per se, would highly suggest to exit those dropshipping stores and build something valuable. It will be something you can sell for good cash and at a much higher multiple.
