@subha19_ no one is asking for 5 days holiday why no one is getting that in most cases women suffer from pain on 2nd and 3rd day mostly like 2 days holiday is enough. If u dont suffer from pain dont use the leave ,but many people do suffer so they need it(apart from sick leave).
