Everyone will die in this arc, but that doesn't mean they'll stay dead. Hakari can use his visual indicator to reset damage. I believe he will do a Max-output death-binding vow with chants to increase the space where and when the reset will happen. Just like another goat

This let Hakari, with a CE trait that is said to have an “edge”, negate most of cleave and dismantle damage without it coming out of nowhere. This is the reason that is less concrete but as Hakari is the only other person with a CE Trait, I believe it will come up again.
