Gundam is and was never Realistic Despite being the first "Real Robot Genre". It only means it follows the rules of its own universe and screaming didn't make the beam bigger. If you want an actual realistic mecha series maybe go watch Bullbuster or Patlabor

If you're starting out Gunpla and want that 1/100 Kit just get it The common notion of starting with HG for beginners doesn't really apply anymore, the steps you'll do to an HG applies to the MG anyways, at this point it's just a test of Patience and what you think looks cool

I'm not a massive IBO fan but I'm kinda sick of people genuinely thinking the Barbatos or Gundam Frames in general are weak. They really forgot what the actual purpose of a Gundam Frame was, defeat the Angels that are Mobile Armors. You cannot convince me a GM can do that.

As much as I like bandai kits being new comer friendly People really need to just learn how the fuck an actual model kit should be treated rather than complaining about every single bit they can nitpick is wrong, it's a model kit, it's your job to make it look the way YOU want.

Still amazing that we got 2 best GM kits for totally different reasons of being so - great exaggeraed proportions, stylish but basic GM - relatively grounded looking, rugged yet modern style GM Now we just need a Classic Faithful GM for it to be a trilogy

Just remembered that IBO Mobile Armors are named after Angels from Christian Scripture And yeah, it's also great how they actually designed these to feel like "biblically accurate angels" in design
