I suggest mixing ginger, lemon, turmeric and elderberry into a hot tea or steam (you can ingest it/inhale it). The virus doesn’t thrive in alkaline environments so that should def help. And I’ve known of people who’ve beaten it this way. Zinc too.

As far as symptoms I didn’t have the most typical. I didn’t have a fever at all or fluid in my lungs but I had backaches, couldn’t smell or taste and I was even coughing up blood at a point.
