Nothing like welcoming in Black History month with “She’s 9” trending, to remind people that state sanctioned violence does not care about ones age and that we need to defund the police who shouldn’t be doing “familial checks” anyway.

You shouldn’t applaud the @nytimes “investigation,” which purports to be “Examining Tara Reade’s Sexual Assault Allegation Against Joe Biden.” The piece, serves as a cover to Biden, holding the words of his long time “personal friends” as staff over that of a survivor (1/7)

They literally killed this 18 year old boy *AT WORK*, because he ran when they pulled their guns out at him. Of course people will run and be scared with guns pointed at them.

Also FYI: Canadian mining corporations have a long history in Latin America + the Caribbean displacing indigenous groups, poor people, and ruining water sources too 🙃 Canadian mining is also dominant there.

It has always been quite blatant. Just in case people were unsure: Biden is making it very clear that Haitians are not welcomed in the US; and that the US will continue to interrupt and interfere in Haiti to keep unpopular killers in power.

While angering — I think people are forgetting that Biden + the democrats justified kids in cages *aggressively* for the full first year that he was elected. His admin has also deported many unaccompanied Haitian and Latin American *children* and minors; AND have “lost” many.

Wow. This really is their main strategy now. Sow doubt in the number of Palestinian casualties. @POTUS was just asked about the 2K+ children targeted by Israelis Biden: we have no notion that these numbers are correct

“Saving foreigners” always the pretext for Caribbean invasion: The US and Canada are preparing for a ground invasion in Haiti, in order to have their preferred new “prime minister” installed given the blatant illegitimacy of their previously installed (via tweet) PM, Ariel Henry.

#HAITI : Dozens of foreigners, including many from Canada and the United States, are stranded here desperately trying to leave the violence-torn country where anti-government gangs are battling police and have already shut down both of the country’s international airports.

What I dislike the most about the myth of European + Scandinavian social democracies as “left development types” is that the populations are very miseducated about the lifestyles afforded to them by imperialism + exploitation — which produces large reactionary segments in them.

#FireJasonJohnson — clear contempt for Sanders that not only does he lie on MSNBC in a daily basis— but he is a part of a society that regularly denigrates Black woman, which is *very alarming* as he is also an editor at @TheRoot (a publication which aims to point out & rid that)

“Essential” when they wanted to keep the economy running as pandemic created mass uncertainty via exposure + risk of sickness & death / exposing others to those fates. “Low skill,” when they still want to keep the economy running, and have concluded aforementioned risks = fine.

US propoganda is so powerful, that ppl here just make stuff up, and omit stuff, about the Soviet Union (USSR) all the time— without actually knowing anything about the Soviet Union. And this is allowed by media figures and outlets — and even some academics, because ppl in the US

It’s dehumanising when western media + tech label journalism from states they dislike as “state affiliated” — to signal it’s *automatically* propaganda— because they’re declaring people in these states as incapable of critical thinking, research, investigation, and writing.

This is arguably what happens when racists like Joe Biden get elected. People don’t want to confront the obvious— and are still ignoring it now. BUT: Biden, prior to images of his Border Patrol whipping Haitians in Texas, has always expressed his disdain for Haitians.

& in conclusion — some of y’all don’t teach. And if you do, and you did 1 or 2, all you do is lecture. 1 = I don’t listen to students. 2 = I tell students how things are from my perspective, I don’t let them organically reach their own conclusions through thought + reflection

if he’s not who leads them to their realisations, & other Marxists do, so be it. My focus is on gauging students understanding + learning + engagement w/material so they can think critically + reach their informed conclusions— not telling them what/who to think about at all times

People shouldn’t be shocked / surprised at rightist gains in elections around the world, because in this western run system of capitalism and neoliberal ideologies fascist organising is tolerated and allowed by the state — left organising isn’t.

I don’t want to see any purely economistic explanations or analysis for the “rise of fascism” in Europe — or in Anglo-settler states — because these explanations assume people “become” fascist with economic decline. To have this assumption, you would need to ignore the majority

Joe Biden talking about his privilege to stay home while Black women work in service for this white supremacist capitalist system isn’t stocking shelves isn’t shocking. The Democratic Party nominated a racist to beat the Republican racist. What is shocking:
