Over the last few weeks our essential staff & volunteers have made excellent progress on the overhaul of U Class 31806. Today saw a significant milestone when it moved under its own power for the first time since getting the overhauled boiler from N Class 31874 - great to see!

Travel Southern Electric on SR! After yesterday's 4TC group update, we're delighted to start laying 750V third rail & begin gauging existing vehicles! Upgrading the line will enable us to run the 4TC with a heritage EMU as an 8 car & recreate Bournemouth with our resident 33/1.
