TechCrunch spotted a note by US bank Goldman Sachs affirming PUBG 2.0 revamp on Unreal Engine 5.
Also I can’t find the “note.”
They also specifically pointed to PUBG Mobile, but I’m pretty sure that’s just general confusion between the Tencent game and PC by mainstream news.
Turns out PUBG's new Aston Martin skin is Pay-to-Lose in some situations.
The lower-body of the vehicle skin (which is why it blocks grenades) renders the car incompetent for crossing Military Island's bridges.

Those who stayed at NEXON work on this Tarkov-like game; others left for Iron Mace Games.
NEXON filed a complaint on Dark and Darker on the basis of Unfair Competition & Trade Secrets Protection Act.
Claiming the devs stole info about an unreleased game they were in charge of after quitting the company.

Riot is making their own ver that falls a bit behind.
@ZYGERa_
No, it’s a story game built by third party devs.
They have 3 other story game releases taking place in other parts of their League of Legends Universe on Steam (also outsourced to 3rd-party devs— they all fall under someth called “Riot Forge”).

Arena Breakout: INFINITE Closed-BETA is happening on May 8th.
The game looks way diff than the mobile ver.
Def a new game.
Not as gritty-looking as Tarkov, but lowkey like that.
Hopefully the controls and movement experience fair well on PC.
I think Dark and Darker will do the the RPG genre what PUBG did to the shooter— bring that slow, dark, gritty, hardcore gameplay to the mainstream gaming demographic.
Didn’t want to post about Project Black Budget.
But after listening to KRAFTON’s earnings call, the game is an open world extraction shooter confirmed to be made by the core team of PUBG, and will feature PUBG’s gunplay.
I don’t believe that until I know Smookie is on the team.
PUBG made it onto Korean TV re: their latest New Jeans Kpop collab skins.
Basically fans fetishize the girls (a minor) in sexual costumes.
But this all happens while KRAFTON is being investigated by the FTC, grilled for misleading lootboxes, and CEO buys a new $9.3B property.
LEAK:
Gameplay images posted onto imageboard website, 4chan of VALVE’s upcoming 3rd-Person 6v6 4-Lane MOBA-Shooter worked on by DOTA2 developer Icefrog—
“Deadlock,” formerly “Neon Prime.”
A clash of different styles from Team Fortress 2, Counter Strike, and DOTA.
Thoughts on The Finals Alpha-test:
• Main mode is a mix of Battle Royale and round-based FPS; 3v3v3v3 > 3v3v3 > 3v3
• 8min/match
• Optimization's good for Alpha
• Movement and gunplay is Battlefield-like
• Hyperscape and Ready Player One vibes
• TTK is slightly high
