Thousands of social care providers are going to be among the small businesses hammered by the budget's National Insurance tax hike. This will only worsen the NHS crisis. At very least, the Chancellor should be exempting social care from this costly jobs tax.

As well as investing in renewable energy we must invest in emergency home insulation to protect most vulnerable. I tabled an amendment to Great British Energy Bill to do this by reducing energy demand & bills & creating green, futureproofed, well-paid jobs. #Unitedforwarmhomes
