@itiswaffletime Players' movement speed is decreased depending on how many items they're carrying Stacks of items like blocks also count per block not for the whole stack :)

@DesuVGC Noticed this back when the base stats of the forms were leaked, and I think it's quite interesting that Pokemon decided to add little quirks like this to base stats to signify things about the Pokemon the stats represent :)
