I'm reading the House Of Representatives report on the fraud at NEMA. People should be killed for this. Chinese government donated 6,800 metric tons of rice, NEMA left them at the ports till the cargo accrued N800,000,000 demurrage. IDPs in 5 destination states got no rice.
