Last week, we received a 911 call of a child having difficulty breathing. Officer Venetek, a military veteran with extensive medical training, responded & immediately rendered aid until EMS arrived. Yesterday, the tot & her mom stopped by to thank him for helping save her life.

Our prayers and condolences go out to the family, friends, and colleagues of Police Officer Mohamed Said of the Melvindale Police Department. Officer Mohamed Said was shot and killed while pursuing an individual. He had served with the Melvindale Police Department for 1 year.
