Sure, Jackman & Reynolds are pretty marvelous, but Officer Conley was more excited to meet this four legged star!
With a face only a mother could love — Peggy aka “Dogpool” graced the yellow & red carpet at tonight’s

If you’re buying or selling something online & want a safe place to make an exchange, do so at our precinct’s new E-Commerce Exchange Zone or any NYPD Precinct across NYC — Remember, if a deal is too good to be true, it probably is!
And the rockets’ red glare, the bombs bursting in air,
Gave proof thru the night that our flag was still there.
Oh say, does that star-spangled banner yet wave
O’er the land of the free and the home of the brave —
Happy Independence Day USA!!! 🇺🇸
This 4th of July, we want you to have a safe and memorable holiday! There are designated areas throughout the city to view the fireworks. As a reminder, leave the pyrotechnics to the professionals! Watch our

Bomb Squad share the dangers of untrained detonations.
If you're planning a July 4th celebration, don't forget to leave the fireworks to the professionals.
Fireworks are not only dangerous, but they are also illegal in NYC.
Today marks 107 years since our city lost a hero.
On July 3, 1917, Patrolman John Patrick Flood was beaten to death with his night stick, after responding to an apartment where a woman was being threatened. John & his family will never be forgotten.

Remembering lives lost during worst disaster in NYC maritime history: 120-years-ago on June 15, 1904 the General Slocum Ferry sunk in the East River
Among the heroes on that tragic day was 19th Pct. Patrolman Rush Webster—awarded a congressional medal for his live-saving actions
On this day in 1915, 19th Precinct Patrolman Rush Webster died from injuries sustained 21 days earlier when he was hit by a car on the Queensboro Bridge while attempting to warn another officer of a hazard.
109 years later we have not forgotten — Fidelis Ad Mortem
You may only be gone for “just a second” but that’s all a thief needs to take your car in a flash!
Getting a cup of coffee, cooling the car off, picking up/dropping off? NEVER leave your car running & unattended with the key in the ignition/fob in car. Lock up!
We have some of the best

Thank you to our Auxiliaries for all you do!
