FYI for any M3 considering a gap year outside of your home institution: renew your ACLS/BCS and Quantiferon/IGRA with plenty of time before VSLO opens. It has been a logistical nightmare.

@room_w_a_view Despite being 5’0, I’m slowly working my way up from a 185# to a 225# deadlift! Unsure if it’s directly translatable to a hip case, but I pray that proper form like with lifting is more important than brute strength! (Or maybe I’ll cheat with a very tall first assist 😂🦾)

(1/2) 🧵 Not to put my program on blast.. but there has to be a better way. My classmates registered for M4 courses a la Hunger Games. It is a race to typing CRNs the fastest, BUT WAIT, each course needs a permission #. So you must email the coordinator for "permission."

This morning the light on the North Shore couldn't have been much better. With trees framing #Pittsburgh and the sun illuminating the branches, it was like walking into a painting. The walkway leads you right into the middle of the frame, making for a perfect springtime scene.
