I quit alcohol on 16 April 2017. Exactly 5 years ago. I was also a long time heavy smoker (7 - 10 cigs a day). I quit smoking on 1 Feb 2017. More than 5 years ago. Since then, i have been able to turn my life around. Quitting drug use/abuse is one of my best life decisions.

I just refilled my 6kgs Gas cylinder at 1410 Kshs. A few months ago, it was going for Kshs 1000/=. Initially LPG was zero rated until the Finance Act (2021) which introduced the 16% Vat. We keep on saying Uhuru has done a good job with infrastructure. True. But at what cost??

In all fairness, the Constitution is an advocate's handbook. We spend years of training dissecting the document in line with other areas of law. The fact that the young advocate was in class 8 in 2010 & @KBonimtetezi was in Bomas doesn't negate the lawyer's knowledge on the same.

@XivTroy On this were on the same page. I am claustrophobic. Any form of confinement would definitely kill me. The worst part about taking a shower is having to close my eyes. And I get anxious every time i am in darkness.
