Nigeria has spent 30 billion dollars importing fuel in the last 15 years. 30 billion dollars is 18 Trillion Naira. Meanwhile, 2 billion dollars can build a Refinery from the scratch. But none of our national refineries is producing up to 25% of its production capacity.
