Six former subpostmasters today became the first to have their convictions relating to the long-running Post Office Horizon scandal overturned in court – a moment which they say will allow them to ‘start living again’ and ‘hold their heads high’.
SUBPOSTMASTERS CLEARED: We are delighted to have helped another 29 former subpostmasters have long-standing convictions quashed at the Court of Appeal today.
Of the 42 cases today, 39 convictions were quashed.
We now hope to help many more follow the same path to justice.
