-redesign streets to slow down vehicles
-reduce size and weight of vehicles and limit their speeds
-stop making driving tests too easy.
-stop designing cities and towns that force you to drive.

Another "cars bad" person for me to ask and get no answer from. How do we get from where we are with cars to where you want to be? How do we convert our current cities into a careless utopias? I'll hang up and listen.
@HaSeongsRim
That doesn't answer what ask. With current city layouts how do we get there? You're asking for a complete redesign of current infrastructure. How do we do it?

Literally none of those things would have stopped a moron from breaking his car and then getting in a medium speed collision because the suspension was broken
But tilt at windmills

These are the same answers we give whenever car danger advocates do the "just asking questions!" thing and pretend they've never heard our solutions proposed before.

You forgot build a public transit infrastructure that reduces the need for cars. Oh…first pushing back against the trucking lobby that’s kept that from happening for decades…centuries, even.

With populations decreasing we're not designing cities. We have the cities we're going to have.
Limiting size and weight just harms the poor, as many use trucks for work.
The video shows someone likely drunk - not a driving test issue, nor a speed issue. They're driving slow.
